A Muslim prison guard in Islamabad, Pakistan, seized a Christian pastor named Zafar Bhatti, who was imprisoned for his Christian faith, and opened fire on him, shooting him to death. According to one Christian activist:
This is a barbaric act. There had been threats. The court should have instructed police to ensure Bhatti’s safety… Killing of a person who was falsely accused is mockery of the judicial system. The protectors of the innocent have become the predators.
The prison guard concealed the weapon, as firearms are not allowed in the part of the prison he was working in, as one lawyer said:
Zafar was not only a pastor but an activist who fought for Christian rights in Pakistan, but in 2012, he “was on trial after an Islamic leader accused him in 2012 of sending text messages derogatory to the Prophet Mohammed’s mother.”
As we read from a Vatican report, the “Christian pastor Zafar Bhatti was fatally shot”, and according to an anonymous Catholic source from Pakistan, legal action “will be publically taken as soon as the autopsy results are in”.
Zafar received death threats years before his murder, and now it was finally carried out, not by a common prisoner, but a prison guard. This just goes to show you, you can’t trust Muslims. This is why I am completely against the idea of allowing Muslims into the police force, the military, or any government office. They will use their positions and authority for jihad. Look no further than the Fort Hood Massacre for understanding of this point.
